Khalil Ahmed, a seasoned engineering professional with over 30 years of experience, joined Zamcon as General Manager, bringing extensive expertise in the execution, erection, commissioning, integrity management of oil storage terminals, gas plants, and associated infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor & degree in Metallurgical Engineering from NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi.
Throughout his career, Khalil has led numerous high-profile projects including dismantling and relocation of complete gas trains, construction of large-scale oil tanks, and installation of complex piping and firefighting systems. His work spans key installations such as the BYCO Oil Terminal, Mari Gas Petroleum Amine sweetening unit projects, Sheva Project, PARCO Refinery, and the White Oil Pipeline.
His deep understanding of fabrication, mechanical erection, pipeline commissioning, and safety protocols in live plant environments makes him a valuable asset to Zamcon's operational leadership.

Arif Mahmud, Over 35 years of hands-on experience in project execution within the oil and gas industry, covering the full spectrum from concept development to construction, commissioning, and handover. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed major projects across upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors-both onshore and offshore. He has led cross-functional teams, coordinated with international stakeholders, and ensured strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. His expertise lies in driving projects within schedule and budget, mitigating risks, and optimizing execution strategies in technically complex and logistically challenging environments.

RASOOL BUX MANGI
Rasool Bux Mangi is an experienced Project Manager with over
13 years of progressive expertise in pipeline and piping construction, with a
strong background in oil, gas, refinery, and infrastructure projects. He has successfully
led and contributed to numerous high-profile projects across Pakistan and Iraq,
specializing in piping fabrication, structural erection, compressor
installation, and commissioning operations. Rasool has worked with companies
like Gasco Engineering, Pipelink Construction Pvt. Ltd., MEC Engineering, SPECENERGY,
and CPECC, managing site operations from wellhead developments to large-scale
refinery installations. With a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy & Materials Engineering
and a hands-on leadership approach, he brings deep technical knowledge, operational
efficiency, and strong coordination skills to Zamcon's project execution team.
